The Partners assume responsibility for the quality of services rendered during any engagement and for the professional standards of our assigned professional personnel over the period of the service. We have factored in the need for constant quality assurance into all aspects of our management plan. This is reflected in a number of ways:-
Active Partner’s Involvement:
A partner is usually responsible for overall service delivery to any particular client, advising the Project manager on important issues and ensuring appropriate staffing and skill levels to be deployed. The Partners do at times co-opt Advisers who are specialist in specific endeavors.
Extensive Working Papers:
We review, collect and control an extensive set of working papers related to all aspects of the service being rendered. While these working papers are not deliverables, they provide the basis for many of the quality assurance checks we normally conduct. We do not make recommendations that are not supported by the data gathered and analyzed in the working papers.
Application of Professional Standards Review
We employ our extensive and standard internal quality assurance procedures to all the work we do. Our Project managers conduct initial interim reviews on any assignment, followed by formal, detailed review of all analysis by a senior manager and subsequently the Partner who reviews all interim and final documents and deliverables.
For projects, all reports and deliverables receive an independent Professional Standards Review (PSR) by a Partner of the firm who has not participated in the project
